The Taj Mahal in Agra is arguably one of the most famous buildings in the world. It was commissioned in 1632 by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his beloved wife.  It’s incredible white marble shimmers like a mirage in the Indian sun giving an ethereal quality to this testament of love. Situated on the banks of the river Yamuna, its breathtaking architecture is sure to leave a lasting impression.
